Office Routine for the New Patient
During your initial visit a Case History will be taken. The
information requested will help us understand many of the problems you have been experiencing with communication.
Medical history of ear conditions will alert us to any situations where a hearing aid could cause more problems than
benefits. The objective is to fit a hearing aid that will totally meet your needs and NOT to just sell you a
hearing aid.
All information is kept strictly confidential and remains in our files. Your physician or clinical audiologist will receive a complete report concerning your visit to
our office. All information is kept strictly confidential and remains in our files. Your physician or clinical audiologist will receive a complete report concerning your visit to

Family members are encouraged to accompany you on your visit to our office. A successful hearing aid fitting will benefit them as much as the person being fitted. Everyone
involved should ask questions at any time. Family members are encouraged to accompany you on your visit to our office. A successful hearing aid fitting will benefit them as much as the person being fitted. Everyone
