All hearing aids are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee for a
period of one to two years. You may purchase up to a five year guarantee on certain instruments. Many aids
are also covered by a one year loss and damage insurance. During your trial period and while the hearing aid is
under warranty all office visits are free. You may return for adjustments and instructions as many times as
necessary.
Making you happy through better hearing is my primary goal.
During ou
r visits together, I will spend all the time necessary to answer your questions and alleviate your
concerns.
Feel free to bring family members with you. I encourage
it. Everyone involved should ask questions. The objective is to properly fit you with a hearing aid that
will totally meet your needs; not to just sell you a hearing aid.
